Description
Ownership and Rights Agreement for 'One Love Identity' NFT
This document certifies the transfer and assignment of full ownership and all associated rights pertaining to the "One Love Identity" created by Ali Sabet, henceforth referred to as the "Work", to the holder of this Non-Fungible Token (NFT).
Transfer of Rights: The purchase or acquisition of this NFT constitutes the receipt and acknowledgment of all legal rights and interests in the Work, including but not limited to branding, identity, and associated intellectual property rights.
Extent of Rights: The owner of this NFT is hereby granted an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, and transferable license to use, modify, reproduce, display, and distribute the Work in any manner, without limitation.
Intellectual Property: The owner of this NFT is acknowledged as the sole intellectual property owner of the Work, with the right to enforce intellectual property rights against unauthorized use by third parties.
Transferability: The rights and ownership conferred by this NFT are fully transferable, subject to the terms of this agreement. Any subsequent transfer or sale of this NFT shall constitute a transfer of all rights and ownership as outlined herein.
Creator Credit: While the ownership of the Work and associated rights are fully transferred to the NFT holder, Ali Sabet shall be credited as the original creator of the Work in any derivative or use.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the NFT is purchased or held.
Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, both written and oral.
