Description
An Old Fashioned for Whiskey Wednesday and since our Christmas decor is up, I'm entering holiday cocktail mode.
For pine syrup, steep pine needles in low boiling water until desired flavor is achieved (10-30min). Whole pine sprigs impart flavor slower than removed needles (can also chop/mince needles for maximum flavor extraction). *Bonus: home will smell superb!
Strain/filter out needles and mix w/ equal part sugar.
Cocktail recipes for interested mixologists to craft at home.
