Description
Mornings are magical at Lake Matheson. It’s so quiet, you can hear the birds landing on the lake. If you are really lucky, as I was this day, vibrant colour lights up the sky, framing New Zealand’s tallest peak.
Long exposures are where my heart is and I left the shutter open for 56 seconds creating streaked out cloud and smooth water.
I love how this technique takes simple vistas and turns them into eye catching drama. Hope you love it!
