Curled up beneath the weight of my world, wrapped in a cocoon of warmth and shadows, the chaos outside becomes muffled and fades away. I lay hiding, shielded in the protective comfort of my blankets and clothes, melting away into mountains and valleys of another world, a place of my own imagining, a sanctuary from reality that has broken my heart. Each fold and crease became a pathway of my own design, this was the genesis of Abstractia, a world born from the depths of silent escape and vivid dreams. 'Blanketscapes' marks the beginning, where the seeds of imagination took root, preparing the way for what was to come.
As the second release in the "Aquarelle Caprice" collection, this artwork unveils the genesis of Abstractia, the artistic style that depicts a place of the same name born from the desire for a safe and beautiful escape from the perils in life. This series will unravel the story of how the world of Abstractia came to be, one piece at a time. Process: "Blanketscapes" was crafted as a digital first visual reference for painting on canvas. Concepted with a fusion of the artists original ai/-ai artworks fed into Midjourney and combined with prompts to control artistic direction, curated works are then then modified in photoshop on tablet by collage, composite, and overpainting. This collection combines a blend of still life, figurative, landscape, and abstract, digital painting, enhanced and/or concepted with ai, and polished with shapes and forms that accentuate its organic charm as visual reference for physical work.

• This is the only 1/1 NFT digital draft of "Blanketscapes".
• "Blanketscapes" will also be available separately as a physical original acrylic painting on canvas (no nft included)
• All digital draft visual reference artworks minted as 1/1 nfts fund the making of their physical counterparts.
