Transfer governorship of the rETH Vesper Pool to On Chain Governance.
**Abstract**
As a first live/public test of Vesper DAOb s on-chain governance, the rETH Vesper Pool willB have its governorship transferred to on-chain.B Once completed, functions that were previously handled by the Vesper teamb s multi sig will now be handled by Vesper DAO esVSP voters.
Some examples of operations that DAO voters will be able to propose/vote/implement once the poolb s governorship has been transferred:
* Add a new strategy
* Pause/resume pool activities, such as deposit/withdraw
* Update fee parameters
* Update FeeCollector in strategy
* Migrate strategy to a new version
**Expectations**
Transfer governorship from Vesper team multi sig to Vesper DAO On Chain Governance for the rETH pool.B Run testing afterwards before proposals to expand this to additional Vesper pools.
